Test Day #1

Today, I had the nuchal translucency test. It was just a sonogram where the highly trained tech measures the neck fat of the bun. Afterwards, I had a blood test that is supposed to substitute for 2 other blood tests. I will know in a week the results. I have to miss my nap to go! Anyway, the bun was pretty active. The tech jostled us both a little bit to get the measurements necessary. I already had to pee so this wasn't good. It was kind of cool because the bun obviously knew he/she was being photographed because there was a big wave from the tiny arm. I watched everything on the big screen so I really got to see that the alien I was toting is now a baby shaped baby!
